1. Who can come to the Palm Springs USO?
The Palm Springs USO serves Active duty, Retired military and their dependants.

 

2. Where is the Palm Springs USO located?
We are located at the Palm Springs International Airport's west end of the passenger terminal opposite the baggage claim area. Get directions here.

 

3. Where does the Palm Springs USO obtain its funding?
The Palm Springs USO is a non-profit (501)c3. We receive no government, military, or United Way Funding and we are not part of the Department of Defense. All funding comes from individuals, service clubs, and corporate donors in the Coachella Valley.

 

4. How do I become a volunteer?
We are always looking for people to help in our facilities and at our events. You can start the process by completing the Volunteer Application.

 

5. How do I donate items?
All items can be brought to the Palm Springs USO facility located opposite the baggage claim area at the west end of the passenger terminal at the Palm Springs International Airport. Get directions here.

 

6. How do I make a monetary donation?
To make a monetary donation, visit the donation page of our website.

 

7. How else can I help?
Come visit us and sign up to be a volunteer.

 

8. Does the Palm Springs USO have a shuttle service? 
No. We are chartered by the World USO as one of three service centers under the umbrella of the Greater Los Angeles Area USO. That charter does not permit us to provide transportation. However, our volunteers assist our military visitors in obtaining appropriate transportation.

 

9. What area does the Palm Springs USO serve?
All active duty and retired military personnel and their dependants traveling through the Coachella Valley (Palm Springs and 29 Palms)
